Rene Marie Russo, an American actor and film maker who is a former supermodel is also a director of films. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her longevity in the highly popular film industry speaks to her skills and talent as an actor. Her career began as a model in the 1970s, but soon she became one of the most well-known model actors. Beginning in her second decade of study, she was studying theatre and acting prior to appearing on the stage throughout Los Angeles and elsewhere in California. Russo was first seen on screen on ABCs drama show Sable in 1987 portraying the character Eden Kendell. In her debut film Major League two years after her debut, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. Her consistency won the praise of those who were wary of her performance. They particularly loved her performance in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak and Outbreak, where she firmly held her own against the likes as Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. However, she confesses to not having a passion for the role. In 2005 she took a long self-imposed break. The film Thor, she returned to acting. Rose Namajunas, one of the UFC's most loved female athletes, is an accomplished athlete. She was an amateur fightr who was a participant in regional promotions before joining Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she signed up for the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Namajunas has earned a great deal of attention since joining the UFC due to both her success both inside and outside of the Octagon's octagon. Namajunas is a Lithuanian born American born on the 29th June, the year 1992, in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose participated in basketball and kickboxing throughout her growing up. She made her debut in professional competition at just 18 for Invicta Fighting Championships and she was able to win two bouts by submission. This caught the attention of Dana White who signed her to join the UFC the strawweight division in December of 2014, when she was just twenty-two years of age. The career of Rose has been full of the highs and lows, yet she is always capable of coming out of it with a win. Rose was a part of Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. The winner was awarded an award of the Women s Strawweight Championship and was also awarded the title of Fighter of the Night. It was also the first female to have wrestled in a major promotion title. After this win, Namajunas continued to win more successful fights including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC after these wins .
