Dana White noticed this and on December 14, 2014, at 22 years old, Rose signed with the UFC's strawweight division. Rose has experienced highs and lows throughout her professional career, however, she has always come out victorious. Rose has fought Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. Rose was awarded her the Women s Strawweight Championship and she also took home the Fighter of the Night. It was also the first time a female was a part of a big promotion title. Namajunas kept winning additional wins, including two victories over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her an award for the Best Performance of The Night at UFC.
