Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director, and supermodel. Her elegant and beautiful beauty Marie can be seen in her long-lasting work as a performer and actress. She started her career as a model during the 1970s, but soon she became one of the most well-known people in the modeling industry. Then, in the mid 1990s she started studying theatre and acting. Later, she moved to Los Angeles and California she made her first stage appearance. Russo began her film debut in ABCs drama series Sable in 1987. She played the character Eden Kendell. In her first feature film Major League two years after her debut, she played Tom Berengers romantic interest. Although she was initially skeptical of her abilities in the field of acting, reviewers were enthralled because of her tenacity. She was praised for her performance in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak In which she played against Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. In her own words, she's not passionate about acting. After a long hiatus which she self-imposed on herself to act in 2005. For the film Thor, she returned to her acting. Also, she was in her husbands Oscar winning film Nightcrawler. The Intern, and Just Getting Started were humorous comedies in which she starred.

Rose Namajunas has been one of the most prominent UFC female athletes. She started her career as an amateur fighter, competing in various regional promotions before signing up with Invicta Fighting Championships and later signing up with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She has gained a lot of attention since joining the UFC because of her inside and outside the octagon's success. Namajunas is born June 29th, 1992 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a Lithuanian immigration family. Growing up, Rose was involved in activities like basketball and kickboxing. Her first appearance as a professional fighter at 18 years old for Invicta Fighting Championships and she managed to win two fights via submission. That caught the attention Dana White who signed her to be a part of the UFC s strawweight division in December 2014 just at 22 years old. The career of Rose has been full of extremes, as well as lows, yet she is always capable of coming out of the fight on top. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April 2015. The winner was awarded her the Women s Strawweight Championship and also won Fighter of The Night. This was the first time a woman took on a promotion with a significant title. Namajunas kept winning additional wins, including two wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
