Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, at 22 years old, she signed Rose for UFC's strawweight Division. Rose has had highs and lows throughout her professional career, and she's always triumphant. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 for the Women's Strawweight title. The fight was won by technical knockout within 3 minutes of the opening round. It was the first ever time a woman competed in a title fight with any major organization worldwide. Namajunas later went on to win several other fights. She also took on Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, which earned her Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
